TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I, Athena, reserve the rights to the artwork unless otherwise stated and paid for by the client (you). This means no distribution for monetary gain unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. You, the client, upon paying a release of distribution agreement, will then retain all full rights to said artwork.
3. The artwork cannot be used for AI or related training purposes. IE: AI generation and training is banned from my artwork.
4. No refunds unless I absolutely am unable to do your artwork in question. This is non negotiable.
4a. If 1 year has elapsed and no marked progress will be made, a refund may be made for partial work undone.
5. Payment can only be received through Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo, Kofi, and Zelle. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. I reserve any and every right to disallow you from ordering from me.

What exactly is Somni?

Somni is a slime girl, simply put. She uses a large ball-jointed-doll body to supply a sort of rigidity to her frame. For unknown reasons her arms and head are disconnected and do not have the pieces attached, therefor they are just slime.She is roughly 5'7" and is rather lightweight. Given her nature as a slime creature she is able to shapeshift and morph at will. This also includes the fact she's a little tacky to the touch, kinda gross.Her outfits will change with her and her mood, usually in yellows, greens, blues, and blacks or whites. Her eyes, hair, and slime-skin can change color dependent on mood.Overall Somni has moody gremlin personality quirks. She's rather volatile and is kind of like an overgrown kitten.

Who is Herb (Len) Halen Fri?

Herb Halen Fri is a mouthful, but he is usually known by Herb or Len. He parodies my dissociative issues with a split personality of cheerful or terse. Currently he is an RP character of mine in a handful of areas, whether it's with my husband or within FFXIV, he exists! Len is one of my favorite ocs and is almost a comfort character of sorts. I hold him rather dear and love his design in most iterations.In FFXIV where more of his lore is complete, he was an amnesiac that was raised by pirate mercenaries. At about 21 years of age he inherited a drug trading company via his adoptive father and ventured on to eventually quit that life at 28 upon meeting someone who gave him a chance.That chance meeting ended up costing him his eyesight so he's blind within the FFXIV universe, at least currently. White Mages are wild yo.Len holds a grudge but can't help but do good for his friend, despite being a mess of uncomfortability and sin. While he has bad habits he does try his best to become a better person, knowing he wouldn't be alive without his friends.Herb on the other hand would twirl someone around his little finger and grin the while they get sick on his fun. He's not a particularly kind person and usually refuses to help unless it benefits him in one way or another.
